Tina Franceschini, MSN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to her patients. Currently serving as a Nurse Practitioner at Greenwich Primary Care in Cos Cob, CT, Tina brings a wealth of clinical expertise and a patient-centered approach to the community.

With a strong foundation in psychiatric assessment and diagnosis, Tina specializes in medication management for individuals across the lifespan. Her clinical focus includes the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders, trauma-related conditions, and substance use disorders. She is committed to therapeutic communication and collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality of care.

Tina earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Pace University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Herbert Lehman College, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Her diverse background, including experience in peri-operative nursing and specialized psychiatric clinical training, allows her to provide holistic and trustworthy support to patients and their families as they navigate their mental health journeys.
